Privacy Policy

Approved: 31 August 2026

This policy explains how we handle information from website visits and business correspondence, why we use it, and how to contact us about your information.

01

Who we are and scope

Digital Vortex LLC operates digitalvortex.cc. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website, send an initial enquiry or correspond with us about software services, business lending, investments, project participation or company matters. References to we, us and our mean Digital Vortex LLC.

The website is intended for business communications. Information about a company can also identify an individual, such as its director, employee or representative, and is treated accordingly. A later engagement may involve additional information and transaction-specific notices or agreements. This policy does not describe the independent practices of websites or services operated by others.

02

Information you provide

When you contact us, the information we receive may include your name, business email address, telephone number, company, role, message, attachments and details of the matter you wish to discuss. A personal introduction may also include a professional profile, work sample or résumé that you choose to send.

For an initial enquiry, a concise business description and a way to reply are generally sufficient. Please include only information relevant to the discussion. If you provide another person's details, make sure you are entitled to share them and give that person appropriate information about the disclosure where required.

03

Website technical data

Delivering a webpage involves processing technical information about the request. The hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and technical error or security information. Access records may be used to operate the website, investigate faults, prevent misuse and protect availability.

These technical records are distinct from the contents of an email enquiry. The absence of visitor analytics does not mean that hosting operates without technical data. The information recorded and the length of time it remains available depend on the hosting configuration and the provider's operational and security arrangements.

04

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics tools on this website. The hosting platform may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms for security and, where access is restricted, authentication.

Dismissing the privacy notice saves a simple preference in your browser's local storage so that the notice stays dismissed on that browser. The saved value contains no visitor identifier and is not sent to us. It is not consent to advertising, analytics or additional uses of your information.

You can remove the preference by clearing this website's stored data in your browser. The notice may then reappear. Browser restrictions may prevent the preference from being saved; they do not prevent you from reading the website.

Navigation keeps page content in browser memory and reading positions in the browser history so that page changes and returning to a page remain smooth. These values stay in your browser; they are not sent to us, contain no visitor identifier and are not used for analytics.

05

Purposes and legal basis

We use enquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, assess a possible engagement and maintain relevant business records. We may also use information when necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the website and our legal rights.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, ordinary business correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts and evaluating potential engagements, subject to the requirements of that law. Processing necessary for steps you request before entering a contract with you personally, or for performing that contract, may rely on that contractual basis. Other processing may be required by a legal obligation. Where consent is required, it must relate to the relevant purpose; simply visiting the website does not provide it.

06

Email and confidentiality

Contact links open your email application with our address and, where relevant, a suggested subject. They do not submit a message through this website. We receive your message only when you send it. Your email provider handles the preparation and transmission of your email under its own arrangements.

Please do not include identity documents, login credentials, full bank-account details or confidential project materials in an initial message. If the discussion requires sensitive information, we will agree the appropriate scope and means of sharing it. Sending an initial email does not itself create a confidentiality agreement; separately agreed confidentiality obligations remain applicable.

07

Providers and disclosure

Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Relevant correspondence may also be shared with professional advisers when legal, accounting or other specialist advice is needed for the matter concerned. The information shared should be relevant to that purpose.

We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal process or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights or address misuse of our systems. Further disclosures connected with a proposed business transaction depend on that transaction and applicable requirements. This policy does not grant unrestricted permission to publish the materials you send.

08

International processing

Website hosting, email delivery and correspondence with business contacts may involve processing in countries other than the country from which you contact us. The locations involved depend on the services used and the particular communication; an address shown on our website does not identify every location where data is processed.

Where applicable law restricts a transfer, the required conditions must be satisfied for that transfer. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact info@digitalvortex.cc to ask about the arrangements relevant to your information.

09

How long we keep data

Retention depends on why a record is needed. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry remains active, whether it leads to a business relationship, the need to document decisions or communications, applicable recordkeeping obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. An unsuccessful initial enquiry and a completed financing transaction may therefore require different treatment.

We retain personal information only while there is a relevant business or legal reason to do so, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Hosting records follow the provider's applicable arrangements. The local dismissal preference remains in your browser until removed through browser controls or otherwise cleared.

10

Security and incidents

For an initial enquiry, we ask for a brief email summary; this website has no document-upload facility. These choices reduce unnecessary collection through the public website. They do not make ordinary email suitable for sending unrestricted sensitive records. Please check the recipient and the contents of a message before sending it.

No method of transmission or storage provides an absolute guarantee against loss or unauthorised access. Report a suspected issue involving this website or correspondence to info@digitalvortex.cc, sharing only the details needed to explain it. Any investigation, remedial action or notification will depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

11

Rights and requests

Depending on the law applicable to your information and the circumstances, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain processing or obtain information in a portable form. Where processing depends on consent, an applicable right to withdraw it does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to info@digitalvortex.cc with enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence and the action requested. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing records. Rights may be subject to conditions, exemptions and the rights of others. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any relevant limitation. Where available, you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

12

Updates and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the website, our communications or applicable requirements. Material changes will be accompanied by additional information where the law requires it. A website update does not itself authorise an unrelated use of information previously collected.

For questions about this policy or how information connected with your enquiry is handled, contact Digital Vortex LLC at info@digitalvortex.cc.
