Capital / Project participation

A share of
project revenue.

We use our own funds for project arrangements in which our participation is linked to defined revenue. The commercial basis is set out in the project agreement.

Revenue is
the starting point.

The agreement identifies the project, the revenue streams covered and how the participation is calculated and paid.

Revenue and profit are different measures. The treatment of receipts, deductions and timing determines the agreed basis of the participation.

Revenue participation does not, by itself, confer equity ownership. Any ownership rights are established separately.
From an idea to an agreement

  3. Participation

  4. Reporting & payment

How are reporting, calculations and payments handled?
