We deploy the company’s own funds across four forms of investment. Each has a distinct economic basis and its own contractual terms.

We invest the company’s own capital. We do not raise or manage funds for third-party investors.

Our lending is exclusively to businesses. The other activities are investments held for our own account.

Investment activity

Loans to businesses. The financing purpose, commercial terms and repayment arrangements are considered for each transaction.

Investments in exchange-traded shares for our own corporate account, through Interactive Brokers.

Ownership interests in businesses. The interest acquired, its rights and our involvement are defined for each transaction.

Contractual participation in the revenue of a defined project, with the calculation and payment basis set out in an agreement.
