We invest in exchange-traded shares through Interactive Brokers (IBKR), for our own corporate account.

02 / Business ownership

Business
interests.

We also acquire ownership interests in businesses. The size of an interest, the rights attached to it and our involvement are considered case by case.

The transaction documents establish the ownership arrangement and any agreed role in the business. Different structures can carry different voting, information and distribution rights.

For an initial discussion, introduce the business, explain the proposed transaction and describe the role you have in mind for Digital Vortex.
