We invest in exchange-traded shares through Interactive Brokers (IBKR), for our own corporate account.
These are investments in listed companies. Their market value and any distributions depend on the issuer and market conditions.

Business
interests.
We also acquire ownership interests in businesses. The size of an interest, the rights attached to it and our involvement are considered case by case.
The transaction documents establish the ownership arrangement and any agreed role in the business. Different structures can carry different voting, information and distribution rights.
