Senior Software Engineer

You will
- Build green-field features and micro-front-ends that scale to millions of users
- Optimise Core Web Vitals (> 90) and enforce WCAG 2.2 AA

Must-have
- 5+ yrs professional JS/TS; 2+ yrs React + SSR/Suspense experience
- Proficiency with SQL schema design and distributed systems

You will
- Translate product specs into responsive, accessible interfaces
- Own our design system: colour, type, component library, tokens JSON
- Facilitate user-testing sessions; iterate via data-driven insights
- Produce Lottie / micro-animation assets to improve engagement

- Solid grasp of information architecture and a11y heuristics

Product Manager

You will
- Define product vision & OKRs in collaboration with execs
- Maintain outcome-driven roadmap; run sprint rituals with engineers & design

- Own pricing & packaging experiments; report on ARR and NPS
Must-have
- 3+ yrs PM work on technical products
- Data literacy: SQL, Amplitude/GA, A/B testing frameworks
- Experience with agile delivery and story mapping
- Strong stakeholder communication across time zones

- Prior founder or investment-backed-startup experience

Investment & Credit Associate
Assistant to Director
Support the Director of Investments in equity, credit-line, and venture-debt deals
You will
- Source and screen early- to growth-stage opportunities (Seed → Series C)
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, scenario, sensitivity)
- Coordinate due-diligence: tech, market, legal, ESG
- Draft IC memos and manage deal-room documentation
- Monitor covenant compliance and quarterly portfolio reporting
- Liaise with lenders to structure revolving credit facilities
Must-have
- 2–4 yrs in investment banking, venture capital, or corporate finance
- Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC:LTV) and credit analysis
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with Python or Looker a plus
- Excellent written English; ability to present to C-suite & LPs
Nice-to-have
- CFA Level II or MBA underway/completed
- Multilingual (RU, ES, or DE)
